Our submitted proposals

Site plan showing the external and private landscaped areas.
The age of the estate means the existing homes are not as energy efficient as they could be. We would like to refurbish them whilst also providing new high quality landscape areas and improved security across the estate.
To fund the refurbishment of the current homes on the estate, we have submitted an application to build new homes at Mount Close, allowing us to deliver more affordable homes for working Londoners on modest incomes.
We believe that our proposals will deliver much needed and sustainably designed homes, 50% of which will be affordable. Further enhancements to the public realm spaces and community amenities will deliver additional benefits to the area. If you agree and would like to support our proposals, follow the instructions below:

“We are proud to have submitted our plans for Mount Close to the London Borough of Ealing following extensive engagement with local residents and stakeholders.
This scheme reflects Dolphin Living’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, affordable homes for Londoners who are vital to the city’s economy but often priced out of the housing market.
Our proposals will provide much-needed, sustainably designed homes while enhancing the local area through improved public spaces and community amenities. We believe that our submitted proposals will make a meaningful contribution to the borough’s housing needs and create a positive, lasting impact for both current and future residents.”
