Previous consultation

 

At Dolphin Living, our priority is to ensure residents and local groups have meaningful opportunities to provide feedback on the proposals.

Before we submitted our now approved proposals, we hosted an initial consultation with local residents in November 2024 with over 40 residents and local group representatives attending.

A second exhibition followed in January 2025, where we presented more detailed plans for the site, informed by the feedback received during the initial consultation.

Following this engagement, we submitted our planning application which was formally approved in February 2026.
