At Dolphin Living, our priority is to ensure residents and local groups have meaningful opportunities to provide feedback on the proposals.

Your input is vital to helping us understand the needs of the local area and ensuring that any development on Mount Close reflects the best interests of the community.

We held our first consultation with local residents in November 2024 with over 40 residents and local group representatives attending. A second exhibition followed in January 2025, where we presented more detailed plans for the site, informed by the feedback received during the initial consultation.

Following this engagement, we have now submitted our planning application.

In the search, enter the planning reference, 252540FUL, and click search.
Click on the ‘Comments’ tab.
Click on ‘Make a comment’.
Enter your personal details.
Click ‘Support’ when asked for your stance.
Submit your supportive comment (If you need help in drafting a supportive comment, you can use this version here as a start).
